Wrestler-turned-movie action man John Cena has sensationally revealed he once "pooped" himself during a fight.

Cena was chatting to his lady love, fellow wrestler Nikki Bella, for an upcoming episode of U.S. reality show Total Divas, when he opened up about his most embarrassing moment in the ring.

The current World Heavyweight Champion came clean after Bella poked fun at another female fighter, who accidentally wet herself during a wrestling match, stating, "I pooped myself once... It was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, I had food poisoning and I still went out to wrestle. Everybody knew - I was embarrassed."

His stunned girlfriend was initially left speechless by his confession. She then added, "I don't know what to think right now... That would be so embarrassing!"

Raw, the Christmas edition, opens with Good Santa (Mark Henry) and Bad Santa (Damien Sandow) having a battle-rhyme, a festive WWE themed poem-off segment to get the ball rolling.

The stage is set up with Christmas trees, wrapped presents and other Christmas goodies. Triple H’s music hits and Raw is underway.

The Game, alongside his wife Stephanie, the big not-so-red machine, and another dude come out in Santa hats, with smiles on their rich and corporate faces. Kane hands out candy canes (“kanes”?) to the kids at ringside. Triple H welcomes us to a Raw Christmas and talks about how it is the time of year to “give back”. Latest Updates on John Cena and Sheamus' Recovery from Injury for Sept. 23

John Cena and Sheamus continued on their divergent paths to recovery from their injuries.

Sheamus is shaking hands and knocking back cold ones as his repaired shoulder heals.Cena, on the other hand, is charging toward his eventual return like a bull.

Remember the black tape that Cena sported on his right arm last fall? Cena posted of a shot of himself with a similar look on Sept. 17.

The athletic tape called SpiderTech may not be the coolest fashion statement, but it's a sign of how far Cena's recovery has come already. It wasn't long after fans saw Cena all taped up last year that he was battling CM Punk and Ryback for the WWE title at Survivor Series.

Should Cena repeat that pace, he'll beat his reported return date and make WWEofficials incredibly happy.

Even with as much progress as he's making, Cena is clearly still hurt.
